We've carefully selected the shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes

Tracking Packages

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your item(s) leaves the warehouse. eGear Solutions follows the tracking of your order from start to finish and will make every effort to update you if there are any issues while your order is in transit.

International Shipping

We ship only to Canada at this time. We apologize to our international customers.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return you must first contact us at returns@egearsolutions.ca

Unopened Products

Returns on electric products (e-bike, e-scooter) are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any original shipping fees and/or charges, provided: 

  • The product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
  • All items that come with the product are unused, unopened and in the original packaging and is returned with the product.
  • Proof of Purchase is provided

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected and evaluated to ensure compliance of the above requirements before any refund is issued.

For products that have been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Opened/Used Products

Returns on opened and/or used electric products (e-bike, e-scooter) may be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase with a minimum 20% restocking fee and minus any original shipping fees and/or charges, provided:

  • Electric products (e-bike, e-scooter) have a maximum of 5 km on the odometer
  • In brand new condition – no dents, scratches, wear marks, etc.
  • If shipped, the product is returned in its original packaging with all contents Proof of purchase is provided

For products that have been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In all cases upon receipt, returned products will be inspected and evaluated to ensure compliance of the above requirements before any refund is issued.

Any product that does not meet the above criteria is not eligible to be returned for a refund

Helmets are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES

For your product to be eligible for exchange it must be:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In the original packaging
  • All contents must be present
  • Used products may not be exchanged
  • The product you are exchanging for must be of equal or greater value, for any items of lesser value no credit will be given
